Club House, which serves as a sports facility in most of Artaş Holding's housing projects, continues to participate in Dragon Boat festivals with its rowing team.

Since 2009, the team has participated in the races many times as Avrupa Konutları and has been champion many times. Tema Istanbul residents participated in the Küçükçekmece Dragon Boat Festival in June 2023 and Radisson Collection Vadistanbul employees participated in the Dragon Boat Festival in September 2023. While Tema Istanbul was the champion in the race, Radisson Collection Vadistanbul came in 2nd place.
